Most of our items qualify for FREE SHIPPING, however items totalling a weight of 0.2 kg or more will be shipped SMALL PACKET. ALL ORDERS OVER $75 also qualify for FREE SHIPPING anywhere in North America.  Shipping rates are calculated according to Canada Post shipping rates. Depending on the size and weight of bigger orders, additional shipping costs may apply.

RETURNING AN ITEM

We're confident that you will love your kosh JEWELS. However if you are not completely satisfied for any reason, you may return your order within 30 days from the date of shipment for a full refund or exchange (all items must be in original packaging, and unworn).  kosh JEWELS is not responsible for return shipping. Please note that SALE items are a FINAL SALE. If your item is damaged upon receipt, please notify us via email within 5 business days of receipt of your item(s). Upon receipt of the damaged item, we will send you a new one and refund you the return shipping for the damaged item.
